Unbelievable Cookies

Cream all the ingredients together. No, I did not forget the flour. Form into 1 inch balls on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Slightly flatten with your hand, or you can use a fork to make the usual crisscross pattern of most peanut butter cookies. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes, until they start to brown and firm up around the edges. Remove the pan to a cookie sheet on a wire rack and let sit at least 20 minutes to firm up. Carefully move the cookies from the pan to the rack alone and allow to cool completely. Makes 18 or so.
